Terms & Conditions

The following terms apply to every AuraDrive rental. If you have questions, our concierge team is available 24/7 via WhatsApp.

Driver Requirements

Minimum age 25 (some vehicles 28+)
Full UK, EU or International driving licence held for 2+ years
Valid passport or national ID
Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months)
DVLA check code for UK licence holders
NI number or passport for identity verification

Booking & Deposit

A non-refundable booking deposit secures your vehicle — reservations operate on a first come, first served basis
A refundable security deposit is held on all vehicles for the duration of the rental
Deposit amount is confirmed at time of booking and varies by vehicle
Full balance is due on or before delivery / collection

Insurance & Cover

Fully comprehensive insurance is included on every rental
Standard excess applies — reduction packages available on request
Driver must be named on the policy prior to collection
Any damage caused outside of insurance cover is chargeable to the hirer

Delivery, Cancellation & Fuel

Complimentary delivery available within selected zones — outside zones charged at cost
Vehicles are supplied with a set fuel level and must be returned matching
Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking start forfeit the booking deposit
Late returns are charged at the daily rate pro-rata plus an administration fee
